Before using the UIMove application, users agree to and understand
the following terms:
Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Purpose of the App
UIMove is an application designed as a portfolio catalog to showcase UI design and development works, including demos of the UIMove Framework. It allows users to explore sample UIs, templates, and mini games. Certain features may connect to online services to display information or interact with external systems. The primary purpose of the app is demonstration and presentation, not a fully functional business system.
2. Accuracy of Information
All content and functionality in UIMove are demonstration examples created for presentation purposes. They are not intended for real business or service use. Interactions with UI elements or widget behavior are simulations to illustrate usability and design aesthetics. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data obtained from external services.
3. Data Storage and Settings
UIMove stores basic settings locally on the user’s device, including: Dark/Light mode, theme colors, and language preferences. For features that connect to external services, certain necessary data may be transmitted to enable functionality. Users understand and accept that such connections are part of the app’s operation.
4. Limitation of Liability
UIMove is solely a tool for presenting UI works and framework demos. It is not intended for real business operations. The developer is not responsible for any damages arising from misinterpretation or misuse of the app’s content.
- Misunderstanding that features are fully functional
- Using demo responses as substitutes for real systems
- Decisions made based on information within the app or data retrieved from external services
Users agree that the use of UIMove is entirely at their own responsibility.
5. Changes to Terms
The developer of UIMove reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Users should review the latest version before each use.
6. Data Storage and Privacy
UIMove stores essential settings locally on the user’s device, such as dark/light mode, theme colors, and language preferences. For features that connect to external services, the app may transmit limited data as required for functionality. Such data is restricted to what is necessary for the feature to operate and is not used to collect personal information for other purposes.
Users can delete or reset locally stored data at any time through in‑app management. However, data transmitted to external services is subject to the privacy policies of those providers, which are beyond the responsibility of the UIMove developer.
